I'm Kerry, a yoga teacher based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. I have dipped in and out of yoga in various forms over the last 20 years but sought consistency following a cancer diagnosis in 2022, leading to me embarking on a new life journey which led me to yoga teacher training in 2025.
I'm really passionate about making yoga more accessible and enabling others to benefit from the positive impact it can have which was my own personal experience when I felt broken after treatment. I run beginner friendly classes locally and offer online options.
