I am a yoga therapist (trained by Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy in Northampton, MA, USA) working towards C-IAYT certification. I also hold a Master's degree in dance education. I am a breast cancer survivor and mom of 4, and I am excited to share the healing tools of yoga with people in all phases of their cancer journey.
