I have been teaching yoga since 2016, and I am passionate about creating space and opportunity within my classes for you to come back to yourself… physically, mentally and spiritually. Sometimes that’s through movement, sometimes through stillness, sometimes through breathwork.

Hello, I'm Sue. I have been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years, qualifying as a teacher in 2018. I have done various courses since, and was delighted to qualify as a Yoga For Cancer teacher in 2024. I now teach Yoga Care For Cancer classes in and around Belper and Somercotes in Derbyshire.
