Tracey Harding
I am a certified and insured yoga teacher with specialist training in Yoga for Cancer and Yoga for Breast Cancer. My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga should be accessible, inclusive, and supportive—particularly for those navigating the physical and emotional challenges of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
With a foundation in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair Yoga, I create safe, adaptive classes that meet students exactly where they are. My sessions aim to build strength and flexibility gently, support the immune and lymphatic systems, reduce anxiety and fatigue, and help individuals reconnect with their bodies after or during medical treatment.
Whether in group classes or private sessions, I focus on creating a calm, compassionate environment where people feel empowered and supported. I currently offer classes in person and online, and I’m available for work in studios, community spaces, hospitals, cancer centres, and wellness settings across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
I am passionate about using yoga as a tool for healing—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. My goal is to provide students with moments of peace, a sense of control, and a safe space to simply be.
