I’m Sarah, a yoga teacher based in the West Midlands. I have been teaching yoga since 2016, and I am passionate about creating space and opportunity within my classes for you to come back to yourself… physically, mentally and spiritually. Sometimes that’s through movement, sometimes through stillness, sometimes through breathwork.

I have worked with people affected by cancer for over 30 years as a Therapeutic Radiographer, supporting patients through what can be an incredibly challenging and life-changing time. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional impact that cancer and its treatment can have, and the importance of compassion, listening and creating a safe, supportive environment.

Hello, I'm Sue. I have been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years, qualifying as a teacher in 2018. I have done various courses since, and was delighted to qualify as a Yoga For Cancer teacher in 2024. I now teach Yoga Care For Cancer classes in and around Belper and Somercotes in Derbyshire.

I'm Kerry, a yoga teacher based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. I have dipped in and out of yoga in various forms over the last 20 years but sought consistency following a cancer diagnosis in 2022, leading to me embarking on a new life journey which led me to yoga teacher training in 2025.
I'm really passionate about making yoga more accessible and enabling others to benefit from the positive impact it can have which was my own personal experience when I felt broken after treatment. I run beginner friendly classes locally and offer online options.

Sabrina Facco is an experienced and dedicated yoga teacher based in Genoa, Italy, specializing in therapeutic, somatic, and oncology yoga. Her path with yoga began over a decade ago, earning her 500-hour Hatha and Raja Yoga Teaching Diploma in 2013. Driven by a profound wish to support individuals navigating health challenges and life transitions, Sabrina has since dedicated her career to bringing the gentle, restorative benefits of yoga into clinical and supportive settings.

I offer specialised in-person Yoga For Cancer classes where focus is given to meeting you where you are at and, exploring how yoga can support you through treatment and beyond. Everyone is welcome and classes are kept small to keep things personal.

I first discovered yoga at the tender age of 16. I found that it enabled me to develop a much more healthier relationship with my mind, body, and the world around me.

After 20 years of practice with many wonderful teachers in many different styles of yoga, I trained as a zen yoga teacher with Zenways, whom I trained with in 2016 as a Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher.

I now teach two classes at my local community centre, one Zen yoga, and one Flow class.

I am Julie, a counsellor, kundalini yoga teacher, breathwork coach and ceremonial facilitator. I have been working in the wellness field for over 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to my clients.

I am a certified yoga teacher with over six years of experience, specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and oncology yoga. I take immense pride in being the first Indian to receive a certification in yoga for cancer from the UK, allowing me to support cancer survivors in their recovery journey.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga since 2017. I worked as a senior clinical nurse in the nhs for many years and retired after 37 years as an nhs nurse. As well as teaching general Hatha yoga classes and one to one sessions where yoga can be tailored specifically, I also work for the local MacMillan service providing individualised sessions for clients.

I started my journey with Yoga over 8 years ago and I have been training for 2 years. My practice is more slow and mindful now and this is what I teach in both my 1 -1 and in person classes. I have recently started to teach Yoga for cancer incorporating oncology massage. This gives the person a total body, mind and spirit experience.

I am delighted to offer yoga for cancer care classes in my area. I have been teaching since 2017 and provide classes to adults, teenagers and children.

I have enhanced NI ACCESS checks through my work in local schools and I also offer classes to people with Special Educational Needs/ different abilities.

I am following traditional Yoga teachings and adapting the practice to make it suitable for people living with specific health conditions. I like to explore effects of Pranayama practice and incorporate it in my teaching. Groups I am working with are small so that I can dedicate my attention to every student.

I'm Dina and I'm based in Stansted Mountfitchet. Yoga was my salvation during a busy career in finance and I initially decided to train as a yoga teacher in order to further my own knowledge. Inevitably this progressed to sharing my love of yoga with others and I have now been teaching small, friendly classes in the village for over 10 years. These are suitable for all abilities and incorporate postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation.
