Her path with yoga began over a decade ago, earning her 500-hour Hatha and Raja Yoga Teaching Diploma in 2013. Driven by a profound wish to support individuals navigating health challenges and life transitions, Sabrina has since dedicated her career to bringing the gentle, restorative benefits of yoga into clinical and supportive settings.
